Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) registered account on q988. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering your q988 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid Pakistani mobile number (for JazzCash/EasyPaisa integration and security verification purposes), a valid email address, and your date of birth. You must update your account details promptly if any of this information changes.

q988 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account where it reasonably suspects that registration information is false, misleading, or incomplete; where duplicate accounts are detected; where the user is found to be under the age of 21; or where the account has been used in a manner that breaches these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the user, q988 may, at its discretion, void all pending bets, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation. Where a breach involves fraud or financial crime, q988 will report the matter to the relevant authorities.

All financial transactions on q988 — deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported on the platform:

• Mobile Wallets: JazzCash, EasyPaisa
• Bank Transfers: HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20)

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling 24-hour, weekly, and monthly periods. • All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. q988 reserves the right to correct manifest odds errors before settlement, even after a bet has been accepted;
• Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules for that event type, which are published within the sportsbook;
• In-play bets are accepted at the platform's discretion. q988 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without prior notice;
• q988 reserves the right to limit stake amounts on any individual bet or market for any user at its sole discretion, including in cases where q988 suspects unusual betting patterns or potential match manipulation;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the q988 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any q988 content without prior written permission;
• Using q988 branding, logos, or name in connection with any third-party product, service, or website;

Any unauthorised use of q988 intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in legal action.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which q988 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to the q988 customer support team for informal resolution.

Where informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of a dispute being raised, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by q988's international gaming licence authority. q988 will provide full details of the applicable regulatory body and dispute resolution process upon request to the support team.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of a formal dispute resolution process.
